At a recent Commissaires workshop we asked the question " Why are you a Commissaire?"
We Commissaire because:
To become a Club Commissaire (Level 1) you must read the Club Commissaire Manual, complete a workbook and then undertake a competency based assessment under the guidance of an Accredited Commissaire Assessor. Manual and workbooks are available from the CycleSport WA office. They are assesed by Cycling Australia and once marked you will need to contact a Level 2/3 Commissaire for competency based assessment under their guidance.

Required to have 1 year Minimum experience at Level 1. Commissaire wishing to become Level 2 will then contact a Level 2/3 Commissaire and complete a training manual and workbooks as well as complete a competency based assessment under their guidance. To become a Level 3 Commissaire a Cycling Australia accredited course must be completed. Commissaires please contact CycleSport WA for more information.
